4. Screw component designed by computer aids is meshed style, has excellent self-cleaning function, favorable exchangeability, with several segments such as transportation, mixing, meshing, backset, cog type plate etc., to complete the processing of polymer material.
5. According to different feeding material, different feeding system can be selected such as single screw, twin screw, non-mesh twin screw, hollow spring type, two stage weight pump etc, as well as weight loss feeding method to complete higher processing request.
6. The main components of electrical controlling system of the extrusion unit are imported, and few ways about controlling extrusion unit can be provided in discrete unit controlling, analog panel indication, PLC system or PEC system.
7. Granulation system could be selectable according to clients request, such as water cooling strand pelletizing, air cooling die face hot cutting, water ring die face hot cutting, eccentric water mist hot cutting, water and underwater die face hot cutting and so on.
8. Barrels are of the finest nitriding bimetal with high attrition resistance, their inner bushings are of hard alloy shell, the screw components are of the finest nitriding tool steel, which fit various process.
