Products Description:
Yuhong® SPU-311 two-component polyurethane coating is a fluid applied polymeric waterproof coating which consists of two reaction components. One component is polyurethane monomer made from polyether and isocyanate through fasculation. The other component is colorful liquid made up of plasticizing agent, solidified agent, thickener, coagulant and bulking agent. Prior to application, the two components should be mixed at a certain percentage. After fully mixed, the coat is applied by brushing on the substrate, which will solidify and become a elastic, tenacious, and lasting waterproof film in several hours' reaction.

Technical Properties:
The product abides by the national standard G B/T 1 9 2 5 0— 2 0 03 for two-component polyurethane coating as specified in the following table.
Advantages:
The product can be used in wet substrate and have strong bonding capacity.
The product has high strength, high elongation and good elasticity.
The coating layer can be applied as thick as required and the coating membrane can be compact without bubbles and pinholes.
The product does not contain any solvent such as benzene, coal tar, thus no pollution to the environment. LAs a liquid product, it is convenient for construction and when construction, no heating is needed.
The film is formed through chemical reaction which is of waterproofing, corrosion-resistant, mildewproof and frost-resistant with high water impermeability.
Application Range:
The product can be applied in the waterproof and dampproof industries such as basement, lavatories, bathroom, kitchen, pool, refrigeration storage, lawn, especially in the subterranean project whose substrate is hard to be desiccated. Also it can be used in waterproofing project of non-exposed roof.
Systematic Characteristics: "Basic system: Including waterproof substrate, additional waterproofing layer, film-coated waterproofing layer, end jointer and edges, sealing and protection insulation layer. In addition, according to the architecture function, relative layers should be set up reasonably.
The internal and external angels should be arc with diameter of internal angel had better larger than 50mm, and that of external angel larger than 10mm.
Film-coated waterproofing layer often is a separate structure. The subterranean project soleplate should be paved a reinforcement-intensifying material additionally.
Thickness of coated film: In subterranean project it is about 1.2? 2.0mm, but recommended not to be less than 1.5mm. While in lavatory project it should not be less than 1.5mm. While for non-exposed roof project, if there is not only one protecting measures, thickness of each film should not be less than 1.5mm. (Each thickness adds up to the total thickness). When according to the waterproof class the roof is class III with only one protecting method, the thickness of waterproofing layer should not be less than 2mm. The reinforcement-intensifying material in between the coating layer, the coating layer under the reinforcement body should be less than 1mm while up the reinforcement body not less than 0.5mm.
