Product Description
The Double Layer Co-Extrusion Blown Film Extrusion Line plasticates two different raw substances by two extruders to the complex machine head, then produces the coextruding molded complex film.
By this way, it make the film better in physical performance, rigidity, good insulation-proof and impenetrability.
The Double Layer Co-Extrusion Blown Film Extrusion Line supports advanced consecutive rotation machine head, to make film smooth, meets the film's quality requirement during the subsequent working procedure of the packing machine or the printer.

Available for agricultural film, coated film, greenhouse film etc.
Max film width up to 2.5 M (5 M in single-layer-opened film)
Raw material HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE etc.
Two sets of gearbox, motor & extruder for independent control
Barrel and Screw have special treatment
Main Motor is driven by inverter controller for better performance
Double lip air ring & better cooling system to support the high speed capacity
Slitting device and Double winder is offered to produce single layer film rolls.
Take-up unit height can be movable up and down for effective film cooling and small film width adjustments
Optional Corona treating device available as required
