Application
Practical vacuum used turbine oil recycling machine gathers the advantages of gravity subside, vacuum separation, absorption, coacervation separation and multi-step filtration. It is highly effective ability of removing impurity; dewatering, degassing and breaking emulsion that makes it the ideal machine to process turbine oil and low viscosity lubricating oil. It is widely used in the fields of electric power, chemical engineering, paper-making, metallurgy, etc. It can implement emulsion breaking, dehydration and remove water, particulate matter, gelatin, acid, soap and so on.
Features:
1. Special polymer materials as filter medium with the functions of broken emulsion, dewatering, removing particles
2. Duplex-Stereo film evaporation technology, equips with unique and advanced dewatering, degassing components, can rapidly and effectively separate water, gas from oil.
3. Multi-stage precision filtration system, mesh filtration combined with molecular adsorption technology.
4. Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.
5. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system to ensure machine operation easy and safely.
6. Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.
7. Work online with stream turbine, hydraulic turbine.
