Product Description
Brief Introduction
TY-1066N is oil-based one-component PU heat activated adhesive. It is widely applied to PU leather, PVC leather, fabric lining, foam, leather and other products. Also be used in wood and plastic etc. In addition, this product is professional for adhesion between bra steel trap and gauze.

Application:
1. TY-1066N is reducible adhesive, it can be bonded immediately after construction. Or, the adhesive can be bonded by heating to melt after the adhesive layer is dried (the recommended mold temperature is 180ºC). The bonding product can be stripped after being heated.
2. TY-1066N is suitable for knife coating, roller coating or spray coating, the gun caliber should be 1.5-2.0mm and the pressure should be greater than 4kg, depending on different demands.
3. If too large viscosity, the appropriate amount of ketone solvents or robber cement can be added for dilution.
4. The gun should not be closed or far away the adhered to avoid the glue forming strings in the air, recommended distace is 30cm.
5, If the higher adhesion strength or better heat resistance is required, can add 2% - 5% isocyanate curing agent (60% content).
Safety Measures:
TY-1066N is in compliance with the general chemical protection measures. Keep good ventilation in working environment, wear appropriate skin protection device and goggles in the process of use. If the skin contacts with this product, wash the skin with water and soap; If contacts with eyes, wash the eyes with plenty of water. In case of severe case, immediately seek for medical advice.
Storage and Transportation
Avoid strong collision and sudden heat in well-sealed packaging. Be stored in a cool dry place. Keep it away from fire. The appropriate storage temperature should be above 5ºC in winter, otherwise will be crystallized below 5ºC. It can be used after being heated and stirred.
