Introduction:
1. Function: this UF water filter machine, include many kinds of water filter, such as quartz sand water filter, active carbon filter, pp sediment filter and uf membrane filter, and each filter play important role in filtering as follow:
A. Quartz sand fiilter: remove the big particle, suspended matter, sediment.
B. Activated carbon filter: get rid of the odour, organic substance, organic substance, residual chlorine etc.
C. Precise filter:filter the particles again from the pre-treatment part.
D UF membranes filter : filter particles and colloid, and so on, but retain mineral element

Procedure function Quartz sand filter
This filter just do simple filtration of raw water, mainly leaching sediment and residue in raw water. When inlet pressure is 10Psi(0.7kg/cm2)higher than outlet pressure or outlet water SDI>5, backwash the machine. Generally, backwash once before start and stop everyday.
Active carbon filter
active carbon is a good adsorbent, is make of charcoal, kinds of shell, and high quality coal , through chemical or physical activation. It has lots of micro hole s and huge specific surface area so that it has very strong adsorptive capacity, can absorb organic substances effectually, mainly get rid of organic toxin, chlorine residue, smell, and color. Since chlorine residue will decompose the RO membrane, Shorten RO membrane's life so this filter mainly used to absorb the chlorine residue, make the content of chlorine residue in raw water ≤0.1mg/l, protect the RO membrane from damaged. Changing the active carbon according to the content of chlorine residue in the water. Generally speaking, backwash once a day.
PP sediment filter
In water treatment, the PP sediment filter mainly used to get rid of the small-molecule substances, satisfying the next procedure's demand of water. It's characteristics: get rid of the suspended substances, rust; can bear high pressure; Unique deeper net hole structure makes the PP filter bear ?? ability. Filter can make by different material to fit to different fluid. Small volume, big filtering area, small resistance, and long life. Place it before multi-phases pump can stop the active carbon particle , protect the UF membranes and the multi-phases pump from damaged.Ultra-filter
