XFJ(WFJ)ultra fine powder classifier
The equipment is a centrifugal dry classifying equipment with the secondary entering wind and classifying rotor, the classifying rotor which adopt the design of hydrodynamics principle can produce the forceful eddy flow, and make the forceful the field of force, and get the precise classifying effect. The equipment is suitable for classifying of various inorganic and organic substance, and separation of different density material, the grading range is wide and be chosen from 5~150μm at will, the recovery ratio of micro-powder is high, the Newton classifying efficiency is 60%~90%. The classifying fineness can be convenient to be adjusted, it only need to change the classifying wheel rotation speed, the equipment complete sets system is made up of feeder, classifying machine, collection machine, cloth bag dust remover, high pressure wind machine as a detached unit operation system, the equipment can form a closing-circuit pulverization classifying operation system together with various pulverizer, it can make the ultra fine powder pulverization equipment more reasonable and economical, it can be used in classifying of various ultra fine powder.
