Product Description
Ultrasonic cleaning machine principle mainly through the transducer, the power of the ultrasonic frequnency soud source can be coverted into mechanical vibrations through the ultrasonic cleaning tank wall radiation to the trough of the cleaning fluid. Due to the ultrasonic radiation, so the liquid in the tank under the action of micro-bubbles can be kept to a sound wave vibrations. And use this sound wave to push water to prodcut bubbles and inflate the bubbles.
When the sound pressure or soud intensity uder pressure reaches a certain leavel when the bubble will quickly inflate and then suddenly closed. During this process, the closing moments of the bubble generated shock waves to make bubbles generated pressure and Bureau thermostat, this enormous pressur generated by the ultrasonic cavitation in destroy insoluble contaminants in the solution and allow them to differentiate, steam-type cavitation repeated impact dirctly on the dirt.
