XQCL-20 vertical ultrasonic washing machine is apply for washing 10-250ml vial, the output is up to 40-80vials/min.

[Working process]
Bulk of vials through in-feeding conveyor enter into ultrasonic washing sink, then will be transferred to lifting carrier by spiral-bolt, and vial will be clamped by manipulator which installed on big rotating drum. After turned over 180° And let vial mouth downwards. There are 6 groups of needles under manipulators, this equipment adopts track-inserting type to rinsing vial internal, and the serial process includes two times recycling water, one time compressed air, one time injection water and two times compressed air. In the same time there are 3 groups of sprayers for recycling water, injection water and air flushing vial outface. After washed, manipulator continue to turn over 180° To let vial mouth upwards, at last vial will be transferred into tunnel by turnplate.
