Product Description
The cutter is one of the highest mechanical requirement parts in a labeling machine. It needs to be running at a high speed under working condition, and also has the ability to stop and turn in a very short period of time. In the meanwhile, 6 blades need to maintain its accuracy. To ensure the reliability and durability of the equipment, we use unique, rigorous structure and material processing technics.
1. Unique structure
Double layer supporting plate structure is used inside the cutter. All cutter bars and synchronous wheels share the force and meet the principle of mechanics, which avoids high speed running under one-way stress.
2. Unique material process
Double layer supporting plate is made of high quality carbon steel material. High temperature tempering heat treatment process is used to strength the intensity and hardness of the plate. Then the Precision machining and finally, we adopt nickel chemical process. All these steps are taking to ensure parts' accuracy, durability and when the cutter is running at a high speed or stopping and turning in a short period of time, the parts are hard to be worn, deformed or displaced.
Our company is a mechanical equipment company in China mainly products shrinkable labelling machines, the output of our machines are 6000B/H\12000B/H\15000B/H\18000B/H and 2000B/H for 5 gallon bucket. The company has been set up for 4 years.
