Product Description

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS.

JOSEN Amino Moulding Powders are based on colourless thermosetting resins which are condensation products of either urea or melamine with formaldehyde. These resins are combined with high purity alpha cellulose filler, pigments, catalyst and other additives to give the range of materials described in our Technical Brochure.
JOSEN materials conform to internationally recognised standards. ( DIN 7708 Type 131.5 / ISO 2112/BS1322 - UFA10 / UL94 )

STABILITY
A storage of at least 6 months can be expected when stored in cool and dry conditions between 5'C and 20'C. A prolonged storage at higher temperatures will reduce the storage life of the material.

Liyang Josen Plastic Co., Ltd. is located in the centre position of the Yangtze River delta, the forerunner of Chinese economy. It is next to 104 national highway and Nanjing-Hangzhou Expressway. The transportation is very convenient, because it's about 100 kilometers apart from Nanjing, Zhenjiang andWuxi, about 200 kilometers apart from Shanghai and Hangzhou and only 60 kilometers apart from NanjingLukou International Airport.

Our company was founded in July 2009. It has 185 staffs, 3 senior management personnel and 12 people with intermediate technical titles now. The company has set 6 departments and 3 workshops, with a registered capital of 40 billion yuan RMB and an area of 55, 000 square meters.

Our company plans to build a production line which can produce 40, 000 tons of high pressure Urea-formaldehyde molding powder annually, with a total investment of 1.75 billion yuan. The construction is divided into three terms. Phrase I of the project was completed in December 2009. The building area is 45, 000 square meters now and two production lines have already put into use in March 2010.

Phrase II of the project started in May 2010, and the third and fourth production line can be put into use in October. The total investment has reached 1.2 billion yuan. Phrase III will be built in 2011 and it can be operate entirely in June 2011. At the appointed time, it will realize the goal of reaching the production of 40, 000 tons annually and then our company will become the largest one which producesUrea-formaldehyde molding powder at home and abroad. At that time, it will not only break the situation that Urea-formaldehyde molding powder is mainly imported from abroad, but also increase export considerably. We will have a seat in the international market.
