Working process:
Waste plastic refinning equipment flow: Plastic separation -- automatic feed -- catalytic cracking-- oil-water separation -- cooling liquid -- crude oil -- flammable gas recovery -- flammable gas combustion -- desufuration and dust removal

Working process of used rubber tire recycling machine:
1. We put raw materials into reactor by auto-feeder, then heat the reactor with coal/ wood/natural gas/oil.
When the temperature reach around 250 degree celsius oil gas will produce.
2. Liquid oil will be cooled out by cooling system from oil gas, which is collected by oil tank.
3. The waste gas which can not be cooled out in normal pressure will be recycled to heat reactor, not only saving energy, but also protecting environment.
4. The smoke produced by heating reactor can achieve national emission standard through dual desulfurization and dusting removal device.
5. The temperature of reactor will be low after we get oil, at this moment carbon black will be discharged automatically.
6. When the temperature falls to 100 degree celsius, worker could put steel wire hook to reactor to take steel wire out, then another batch will be begin.
The advantages of reactor
1. The material of reactor is Q245R. Q245R is mainly used for pressure vessel because it can be continuously heated for long time.
2. Auto-welding.
3. The reactor is fully covered by thermal insulation. Heat preservation effect is good.
4. The gear is separated from the reactor. It avoids deformation after being heated for long time. Even it is broken you only need to change the gear. The maintenance cost is low.
5. Gaps are sealed by asbestos pad.
6. There is an safety net inside the reactor. It prevents the raw materials going to accessories and avoiding blocking.
7. The are spiral plates inside the reactor. They help to auto-feed and slag.
Feed port is round shape. It can work with auto-feeder. It helps you feed more raw materials and improve productivity.
