Product Description
This machine is the combination of the single roller coater, filling machine,
double roller coater machine, to coat the UV primer, sealer, with color or
without color, for base or for top coating; it can do as different process,
different coat thickness, and the flat and smooth surface effect.

1. It can coat the primer and the sealer and top UV roller coating.
2. The machine frame adopts 20MMthick steel board , with CNC,and welding by CO2 .
3. Separate motor drive,precision type configuration,with the casting section.
4. The drive motor is 6 sets of German Siemens,6 sets of RV series Aluminum alloy gear drive.
5. The coating rollers adopt the best Japanese silicon material production,very super wear resistance,excellent flexibility, can be resistant for
all solvent, the hardness is 30-35 degree,size is ¢240×1450MM two pieces.
6. The coating rollers with scrapers,adopt 0.15MM Japanese tungsten steel scraper,also with RV reducer to control the uniformity of the
blade.
7. Equipped with Taiwan Delta inverter to control the speed of the coating roller ,the iron roller the conveyor belt, total 6 sets.
8. The iron rollers adopt 45#seamless steel tube to weald by CO2,and grinding the surface , dynamic balance, jitter is less than 0.5g.mm/kg,
surface hard chrome plating and polishing after reaching the bright effect.
9. The iron roller insert directly, it can achieve the roller and the motor completely synchronization.
10. Equipped with 10 sets of Japanese NSK bearings,best coupling running.
11. The conveyor best adopt 3MM PVC good quality, not easy to slip,long service life.
12. The lifting seats adopt cast iron dovetail,it can improve the precision of the brushes and the machine frame, more rigidity and without
deformation.
13. The control panel is PLC touch screen, easy to control, operating direction is from left to right.
14. The whole machine adopts precision up-down automatically, two set of motor, six sets of lifting reducers.
