With charactics of V belts and flat belts, Ribbed belt has sofe and tough property as flat belt and tight and effective properth as V belt.
1. Transmission power so high that at the same condition its 30% higher than V belts
2. With tight transmission system, at the same transmission power, its occupied space is 25% smaller than common V belt.
3. Flat and sofe belt is suitable ofr not only transmission of small pulley but also high-speed transmission with speed of 40m/s; Besides, its characteristics as slight vibratiion, few heat diverge and steady working.
4. Anti-heat, anti-oil, anti-wearing out few elongation and long life.
Ribbed belt of our company is produced with advanced technology and equipment from abroad, with most raw material imported from advanced specialized company. The products have now been appeaised and rewarded national key new product certificate. Now quality has reached same kind abroad.
Huanyu Rubber Company is one of the Top Hundred Private Enterprises in Hebei Province. It was founded in 1981. There're 380 workers. Floor space is 50, 000 m2. Equipped with advanced production facilities, complete management system and strong technology development capacity, Annual production output of the V-belt used for washing machine reached 13 million pieces, max., annual output reached 15.5 million pieces. The product covered over 90% of the domestic market. The product are mainly sell to more than 30 washing machine manufacturers such as Wuxi Little Swan, Hefei Royalstar, Hefei SANYO, Jangmin Jinling etc. And also sell abroad to America, Canada, Mexico, South Africa, Japan and Korea etc.
In 1989, we developed successfully outer pressure style steam vulcanizing boiler all by ourselves. In 1994, the product was granted the patent right by the National Patent Bureau. It was chosen into the Collection of the Superior Patent Technology of the World in 1996, and was awarded the Honorary Certificate.
In 2000, the Petroleum and Chemical Industrial Bureau entrusted us to draft the Trade Criterion of V-Belt Used for Washing Machine, which was taken as the national standard afterwards.
In 2003, our company tackled one of the key scientific and technological difficulties belongs to the 9th-Five and 10th-Five Program of the State concerning the precisely molding technology to multi-wedged rubber belt. The product and technology won two patents granted by National Patent Bureau (numbered with ZL032632606 and ZL2003201060736 respectively), also was awarded the Certificate of Hebei Provincial Science and Technology Achievement, High & New Tech Product Certificate and High & New Tech Enterprise Certificate.
