Vacuum Degassing Tank
The vacuum degassing tank is used for homogenized fruit juice to degas in vacuum condition, in order to prevent the oxidation, and extend the shelf life of fruit juice.
Vacuum degassing tank characteristics
1. Can greatly shorten the degassing time of heating or cooling system exhausting water, was very beneficial for operation system to the first test.
2. Remove gas in system, prevent air resistance to ensure that the system stable and reliable operation.
3. Eliminate water pump cavitations' erosion, reduce the system noise.
4. The removal of oxygen in water reduces the aerobic corrosion of the equipment, prolong the using time.
5. Due to removal of gas in the water, the surface of heat exchanger will not covering gas bubble, improve the heating efficiency.
6. The working time and cycle can be adjusted according to need.
7. Single applicable system volume can be reaching up to 150 m3, and can be parallel used.
