Application
This machine is adapt for PVC, PP, PET, PEGT, OPP, POF, PS, ABS etc, it can transform plastic sheets into various plastic blisters. These blisters are widely used in hardware, stationery, commodity, electronic products, health products, disposable cups etc.
Main features
(1)It's fully automatic. Just place plastic roller on the frame, then feeding, forming, cooling, transporting, cutting can be done automatically.
(2)The control board is near the operator, can be operated easily, greatly improve the efficiency of production.
(3)The far-infrared ceramic heating elements can be controlled separately, can cut off some of them when the mould is small, that can save power and reduce production cost.
(5)Water cooling system which can keep the same temperature of feeding rail during production, that assure feeding steady.
(6)This machine can form all kinds of blisters just replace forming moulds.

1. If I order this machine, how to operate it?
-- After sales service shall be done by the buyer. ShenZhen HengXing Packaging Machine Co., Ltd will provide all kinds of technical support to the buyer by telephone, fax or e-mail free of charge. But any service cost to buyer's country is not included
2. About Guarantee:
--One year. The supplier can replace the elements only they are imperfect for material or handwork. Replacement is free. All imperfect elements have to be delivered within 12 months (carriage paid). Guarantee excludes every worn or torn parts. Replacement handwork is excluded and it will be done by the buyer. The supplier is not responsible for any rewards for damages or last earnings met by buyer. Guarantee is not valid if the machine is used the wrong way or it is not serviced as shown in our technical handbook.
3. How to order raw material?
--We know many raw material factories, we also can purchase for you. Just info us thickness and quantity, Raw material will be shipped with machine.
4. Do you have other model?
--Yes, we have semi-automatic (HX-61B) and fully automatic (HX-71H). Please view our Home page.
5. Does this machine need mould?
--Yes, it needs mould. Mould need extra cost. We will make the mould base on your product or blister.
