Vacuum Pressure Impregnation Equipment YJ-A
We have 20 years experience in Impregnation Equipment. It can repair the porous of Fe, Al, Mg, Zn, Cu Metal casting components and Powder Metal components and Ceramic components and Wood components.

2. We make [Waste Water Recycling Module] too: The waste water can be continued to used for the washing processing. It reduces the wastage of natural resources.
Modules of the impregnation equipment:
1. Vacuum and Pressure module:
A. Imprgnation tank(stainless): Vacuum and press the leakage of parts.
B. Sealant tank (stainless): Transfer the YJ-85C Sealant before impregnation.
C. Refrigeration unit: Make the sealant temperature lower than 25C.
D. Vacuum unit: Vacuum the impregnation tank.
E. Pressure unit: Press the impregnation tank.
2. Sealant recovery module:
Sealant recovery machine: For taking the sealant off surface and gaps of parts before the washing precessing. (This is various options. If the impregnation is less than 5 lots per day, it is no need. )
3. Washing module:
A. 1st Washing tank: For washing up sealant on the parts surface before the Cureing process.
B. 2ND Washing tank: Same.
C. Rolling Washing tank: (This is various options. )
4. Cure module:
Cure tank: Cure the sealant in the porous of parts. The tank has automatic temperature controller. Cure time is 10minutes. Cure temp. Is 85C- 90C.
5. Dry module:
Dry machine: (This is various options. )
6. Transfer module: Transfer the basket.
7. Waste Water Recycling Module:
YJ-85C sealant can be isolated from waste water, so this machine make make the waste water become to normal water, can be continued to used for the washing processing. It reduces the wastage of natural resources.
8. Others:
A. Baskets: For put parts into these baskets.
B. Floor: Because Vacuum and Pressure module is tall.
