It's suitable for the central kitchen, food processing factory, vegetable processing & distribution center who washes vegetable leaf, vegetable root, fruit, seafood, ect.
Air bubbles are injected into washing tank by the strength of air pump, which makes material shaking in the water waves and speeds up dirt separated from material.
Water recycled. Water flow speed and vegetable forward speed can be adjusted.
There're high pressure spray tap above conveyor, which enables vegetable to be second washed and become cleaner.
Conveyor is made of imported good-grade PT, easy for cleaning and messures food sanitary standards.
According to different demands of different customers, it can be assembled ozone or blanching function.
User and add cleaning solution or disinfectant if necessary.
It gets greater efficiency if works with vegetable cutter.
