Ventilation Tube Former
Usage and Features:
F1500C Air Spiral Tube Forming Machine is improved model of F1500A and F1500B,
It is suitable for making spiral tube, pipe, duct widely used in all kinds of industrial.
1.Can use two kinds of mould of F1500A/B and F1600,Steel Belt Moulds and Fixed Mould.
2. Automatic material feeding, forming (seaming), lubrication and tube cutting.
3. With length safety system, auto stop when pass setting length.
4. With ideal flying slitter, no noise and hot sparks, pipe end smooth and neat.
5. Adopt photoelectric tracking system.
6. Completed with Mitsubishi PLC Control and Frequency Converter from Japan, speed could be adjusted.
7. With emulsified liquid instead of oil lubrication system, pipe & duct not impossible to wash so that saves time and labor.
8. It has different molds to meeting respective request, just change mould to make
various diameter.
9. With meter cutting length control, meter could be controlled and Calculated; when reach set meter, could slit automatically.
10.With all safety features, with emergency stop button.
11.With safety cover to keep operator, when cover open, machine stop automatically.
