Product Description
This vertical garbage compress and storage station which integrates mechanical-electro-hydraulic system is developed according to the current situation of garbage treatment method. It mainly consists of garbage storage tank, support frame, compressing mechanism, medicine spraying and stink smell removing system, electro-hydraulic control system and etc. It has advantages of strong compressing power, high efficiency, easy-to-operate and etc. The biggest differences compared to ground buried types, it requires structure and booth, so that the total cost is higher. Anyway, it is the ideal solid-waste treat equipment of city sanitation department and other government department and widely used in the city streets, communities, schools, hospitals, bus stations, industrial zone, commercial markets, gardens.
Characteristics:
1. Excellent Compactability: The compression force can be reached to 100-120T, the compression ratio can be 3: 1. And understand with the water drainage and gas exhaust technologies, the sewages and air among the garbage block will be removed. So that high working efficiency can be achieved.
2. This equipment adopts three cylinders relayed compressing technology, it highly decreases the height of equipment and building, thereof the cost of civil work is reduced as well.
3. Adopts ball joints structure between compressing head and hydraulic cylinder, in order to protect the cylinder.
4. Adopts floated high tension sliding structure among the compressing head, tank and support frame, it has wide contacting area and stable guiding, the column will not be deformed as well, it is easy for adjustment and maintenance.
5. Reliability: The compressing head and pushing board adopts replaceable wear-proof steel plate and nylon plate piston design to ensure stable running.
6. Long Life-time: All structural parts are treated with shot-blasting, rust removing, painting with marine-use high-anticorrosive heavy protection paint of Nobel or COSCO Kansai. The whole facility has good anti-corrosibility and long service life.
7. Friendly Environmental Applicability: Adopts several environment protection measures to reduce the pollution, such as dedusting, deodorization, dewatering, sewage collecting and exhausting system, compressing head automate close, noise reduction and so on.
