TIANHUA vinyl ester resin concrete electrolytic cell made by monolithic casting is a new generation electrolytic cell, which is independently developd by our company from 2004. TIANHUA electrolytic cell is overall corrosion resistance, overall insulation, overall high strength and maintenance-free. It greatly improves the production efficiency, reduces the energy loss, reduces the polution of the environment, which can be widely applied in the production of nonferrous metals hydrometallurgy, such as the copper, zinc, manganses, cobalt etc.
TIANHUA electrolytic cell is high efficiency, low cost, energy-saving and environmental protection. We can provide desigh, manufacture and installation for the metallurgy project overall solution. Besides, we can manufacture cells according to your desighs or requirements.

Transportation
In consideration of the long overseas transportation period and the frequent loading and unloading, we adopt steel frame for paking to protect the safety of the electrolytic cell.
After-Sales Service
Lifetime And Operation Cost:
Under normal working operation, the lifetime of the cell body is equal or greater than 20 years. There is not parking lost and maintenance cost unless the man-made or an accident. The operating cost is almost zero.
Warranty Period:
We supplies goods with a warranty period of 18 months from delivery to customer or 12 months from the equipment on site installation and commissioning. In the warranty period, if the equipment or the parts emerge quality problems for our reasons, we offer repairing or exchanging service for free, and the warranty will be extended for another 12 months.

The Res. Inst of Chem. Mach of the Ministry of Chemical Industry was founded in Beijing in 1958, and moved to Lanzhou in 1965.
The Res. Inst of Automation of the Ministry of Chemical Industry was founded in Lanzhou in 1963.
In 1997, the Res. Inst. Of Chem. Mach of the Ministry of Chemical Industry and the Res. Inst. Of Automation of the Ministry of Chemical Industry were combined to become the Res. Inst of Chemical Machinery and Automation of the Ministry of Chemical Industry.
In 2000, the Res. Inst of Chemical Machinery and Automation of the Ministry of ChemicalIndustry completed its transformation to enterprise and registered as Tianhua Instituteof Chemical Machinery and Automation.
