Product Description
Vulcanized base fiber is the critical raw material of vulcanized fiber production. Our company possess the unique and stable pulping process to guarantee our vulcanized base fiber meet all the technical specifications, which laid the foundation for the vulcanized fiber production. The vulcanized base fiber are made from two types of pulp: Chemical refining cotton pulp and the wood mixed refined chemical pulp. It has the quality of good uniformity, high strength, which make it ideal for the production of vulcanized fiber
In China, it is produced from cotton linters as raw materials through alkaline cooking, bleaching, and zinc chloride treatment. The fiber is light and tensile with the hardness close to aluminum and weight as half of it. It has good mechanical processing performance and good insulation performance, with oil resistance, and can be processed in wide temperature range from -40~100. Its superior performance qualify its wide usage in machinery, textile, electronics, railway, aerospace industries. Our insulation fiber products were made from mixed wood and cotton refining pulp through our unique manufacturing process and zinc chloride treatment. Our vulcanized fiber products are of the top quality in all specifications.
