The reducer device adopts housing rotation, also it is the ideal driving gear of wheeled or tracked vehicle and other mobile device. Due to the application of specially designed series bearing , the structure form is especially compact. Moreover, its special rotating ring seal can be used in the environment where is extremely bad . High precision hardened gear and internal gear ring, advanced design idea and sophisticated manufacturing quality make the device have excellent load capacity and operation reliability.

Ordering Notice:
1 The reducer device is suitable for a short period of work.
2 The maximum output torque of the sample is a short-term peak torque.
3 Parking brake torque can be matched according to users' transmission ratio, the minimum parking brake torque is equal to the input torque. Multi-disc parking brake can not be used for dynamic brake.
4 The input and output of reducer is rotating in the opposite direction.
5 The maximum permissible radial load should be determined by the output speed, dynamic and static load factor provided by the sample.
6 When multiple reducer drive a device at the same time, you must pay attention to the balance of the hydraulic drive system, in order to avoid uneven load and overload of the reducer.
7 Only Used within the framework of scheduled and agreed technical parameter.
8 Because the reducer technology is continuously improved and progressed, so installation and connection size may change.
Note:
1.The input and output direction is opposite.
2.The model that transmission is smaller can't reach max or rated output torque because of the limit of braking torque.
3.Rated input speed and the max input speed depend on the actual situation, please contact our technical staff.
