5.Working process of Waste Copper Plastic Separation Machine
Our electrostatic separation equipment adopts advanced recycling process by physical method.It adopts a process route that makes the raw materials such as the aluminum foil to be a mixture of metal and plastic powder by dry crushing and grinding and then separates the metal from the non-metal materials by high voltage electrostatic separator.
*(If the materil is in large size we have to use shredder to shred them into small size first, the shredder which also can be provided.)
First we use shredder to shred the Aluminum Foil paper into small pieces
Second we use All-in-one grinder to grind the small pieces into metal&plastic powder
Third we use electrostatis separator to separate the mixture powder to get metal and plastic separately
