Maydos Superfine Exterior Emulsion (5900) is a water-based 100% acrylic, exterior wall finish. A high performance, long-lasting exterior paint specially formulated to withstand extreme tropical conditions of high rainfall, humidity and heat, it provides excellent resistance against the growth of algae and fungi on the walls and offers excellent protection against alkali and UV degradation too.
Uses:
Applicable to exterior surface of new and old architecture such as commercial buildings, hotels, clubs, hospitals, research institutes, residential apartments, etc.

1 coat of M-500/M-900 sealer
2 coats of filler
1 coat of M-001 anti-alkali primer 2 coats of 5900 topcoats
Note:
This product has excellent chemical mist resistant property. However, please choose specific anti-corrosive paint if surfaces contact directly with chemicals)
Not recommended for use on surface over 65°.
This product is highly moisture and mopping resistant, however it is not suitable for water-immersed projects.
Shelf Life: 30 months in sealed cans
Storage:
Store in cool, dry and well-ventilated place. Temperature range: 0°C-35°C.
Cleanup
Use soap and water.
Clean all equipment with clean water immediately after use and prevent unused paint from freezing.
