Product Description
The water based lamination adhesive 888A for shoes mateials is used for shoes fabrics/EVA materials (hardness<40 grade, roll coating on fabric)
1. Roll coating on the fabric with adhesive, then bonding the EVA with the fabric as soon a possible and press it by rolling to make the bonding tight. The laminatin is finished. The temperature of pressing roll>150 centigrade, after two hour cool of EVA, the effec will be shown, and the next day will be better.
2. When stop the machine for changing materials or wrong coating, idle the coating roller to make it clear without dry adhesive, then add adhesive again.
