Product Description
METHOD OF USE:
？ Apply thoroughly mixed adhesive and hardener (ration of 100: 3~5 by weight) on upper as well as on sole by brush or appropriate machine. Once add hardener, The Pot life will affect by humidity and temperature. So you have to keep the mixture liquid in a plate with small mouth or cover with tinfoil when you used.
？ Must be give heat activation under flash activator/ oven at a temperature of 65-70 degrees Celsius. It takes about 4~5mins.
？ Spot the upper and sole and bond them together under appropriate pressure in a sole attaching press within 3mins after activation.
？ Chill the bonded unit to cool the glue line. Delast only when the unit is cooled to room temperature.
？ Remove the excess adhesive carefully within one hour of pasting/ bonding, using crepe rubber roll.
？ Allow bonded surfaces to cure for 24 hours.
PRECAUTIONS:
？ Store under dry condition between 5~ 30 Degree Celsius.
？ The store area and shop floor should be restricted from naked flame.
？ Keep the container lid tightly closed when not in use to prevent unnecessary evaporation of solvent.
？ Ensure that adhesive is used in well ventilated shop floor.
？ Do not use adhesive on uncleaned surface.
