CMFS007 Capillary/Crystalline Waterproofing Materials (Cement-based permeable crystallization type waterproof coating)
 
Product Description
Capillary/Crystalline Waterproofing Materials is a kind of powder mixture, and it is composed of silicate cement, silica sand and active chemicals. After using with water, the active chemicals go through concrete by the carrier water, the form the crystal which could block the holes so that could reach the waterproof effect.

Application Range
Product is applicable to industrial and civil construction waterproof and protection, such as: underground project, subway, culverts, pool, pond, and the areas which covered by water, etc.
 
Construction Methods
1.    Surface preparation: repair the gap and clean the substrate;
2.    1stSpray: the amount as the usage of 100m2/8kg.  Touch dry time is 0.5h in summer, 1hour in winter.
3. 2nd Spray: the coverage is about 0.25kg/m2. Hard dry time is 3h in summer, 4hour in winter.
4.    Water spray maintain.
 
Storage
Store at a 0~40°C, cool, dry place, the remaining paint should be sealed closely to prevent impurities from causing paint deterioration.
 
 PREPARATION AND APPLICATION
1. Make sure all surfaces must be clean, dry and free from wax, grease, oil etc.
2. Stir well before use.
3. This product can't be used on the surface of stainless steel and tin plating.
4. Make sure the first coat becomes dry completely before recoating.
5. If the paint is used on metal surface, primer is necessary.

SAFETY TIPS
1. Always apply the paints in a well-ventilated place.
2. Wear eye protection and rubber gloves to prevent exposure to paints.
