Water Treatment on Plastic Recycling Line
The purpose prefers to treat the waste dirty water during washing operation, make the waste water clean for recycling use and squeeze the sludge, dirty muds and other impurities out. To decrease the water consumption and saving water resource.
This water treatment system is used to treat waste water to clean water for recycling use. The system has the following functions:
1Filtering: Plastic flakes, label, wood chips and other impurity which in the waste water will be filtering out by the water treatment meshwork.
2Depositing: After filtering by the water treatment meshwork, the water will be pumped into deposition tank for deposition, with flocculant here will sink more residue which meshwork did not work efficiently.
3Dewatering & pressing: The impurity which is filtered out by the water treatment meshwork will be dewatered and pressed by the screw press, also the sludge which is sink at the bottom of the deposition tank will be dewatered and pressed by the filter press.
After treatment the clean water will be stored in clean water tank for reuse.
