Flowchart description:
(1) When the original water flow through the first feed water pump, the pressure reach 0.3mPa and flow into the mechanical filter which filled with five types of refined arenaceous quartz(number 0.1.23.4), at the moment, the floats, turbidity, silt, quick sand which are more than 100um will be retained by the mechanical filter.
(2) The water treated by the mechanical filter are less than 100um and then flow into the activated carbon filter which filled with Nut shell activated carbon filter of iodine value more than 900. The activated carbon filter can adsorb the residual chlorine, peculiar smell, and some inorganic salt and organic salt in the water.
The above two steps we call it pretreatment
(3) If the TDS is more than 100ppm, In order to prevent the membrane element blocked by particles we need to add a dosing device and inject scale inhibitor into it so as to effectively control scale deposit of calcium carbonate, calcium sulphate, barium sulphate after the concentration of water treated by the pretreatment. Then the water flow into a cartridge filter(also we can call it precision filter) of 1um, it filled with five melt spinning cartridge of 20 inches made by PP, the water filtered by it can reach the inlet standard of RO. The melt spinning cartridge need to be exchanged during 3 months. Change one time only need to pay USD18.5 / PCS. USD92.5 for five PCS to put into the cartridge filter.
(4) water filtered by cartridge filter will flow into one stage reverse osmosis system, the recovery rate of pure water is 60%-70%, the waste water will be drain out. Pure water will flow into the second feed water pump and then come into two stage reverse osmosis system, the recovery rate is 80%. At the same time 20% of concentration will be recycled and utilized, one part flow back into one stage reverse osmosis system and another part flow into two stage reverse osmosis system so as to achieve full recycle and utilization. Furthermore, it also adjust the pH value of the water coming into the second stage reverse system, generally pH(7-7.5) and greatly reduced carbon dioxide in the second reverse osmosis system. Improve the desalination rate. The conductivity of this two stage system is less than 2us/cm, resistance is 0.5Ω /cm. The water purified by our two stage RO system can conform to National Pharmacopoeia purified water standards. Our system can operate by manual control or automatic control. Usually, when the pretreatment is during washing, we'd better operate the machine by manual button and change it to automatic button when normal running, at this time, the machine will controlled by our PLC programmable control device and work automatically, no need workman to operate.
