Description:
Four parts: Top cover rubber; Bottom cover rubber; Reinforced core; Cross rigid.
Belt Core Material: Cotton, nylon or polyester.
Features
Flexibility longitudinally and rigidity transversely.
Reinforced sidewall is strong support, anti-bending and wear resistance.
Sidewall is cleats are firmly seated on belt base by means of hot vulcanization process.
Bulk materials can be transported at angles from 0-90, occupying smaller space and bigger capacity than normal belt for different applications.
Application: It is widely used for conveying materials in shape of lump, particles and powders in port, metallurgy, ore mining, power plant, coal mining, foundry, construction and chemical fields, etc.
