Wedgy mesh filter elements are stainless steel wedgy wire welded into screen. Filter rating range from 30 micron to 800 micron are available. Wedgy welded screen is welded with stainless steel wedgy shaped wire and support bar. Major products include filter plate\filter basket and filter elements. They have such characteristics of good strength, high rigidity, resistance to abrasion and corrosion, even gap, good in filtration and fluidity, easy to clean and back wash. Application wedgy mesh filter elements are used in sieving of petroleum, chemical industry, pharmaceutics, foods and beverage, metallurgy and coal, also can be used in filtration of water treatment.
