Product Description
Material of components:
1). Frame: Galvanized.
2). Blades: 6 pieces of mirror designed Stainless Steel Blades, not easy to rust and never distortion and broken. And the angle of the blades is patented designed. All the JLF exhaust fan's blades will pass the homeostasis test to ensure the air volume keeping the same as the very beginning during the operational life span.
3). Galvanized steel sheet: The layer of galvanizations more than 180G/M2, one-off molded frame.
4). Shutters: Stainless steel.
5). Belt tensioner: Made of aluminum-magnesium alloy, extending service life and avoiding pining and dropping off belt. Tension inside of belt could avoid twisting inverse.
6). Bearing: Imported from France, high intension, low noise and long service life.
7). Motor: High efficient and energy-saving, CCC Certificate. Protection class: IP55. Insulation class: F.
8). Hammer: Swung drop hammers which are made of high quality nylon would guarantee the shutters open and close easily and steadily.
9). Handles: Designed as recessed type, easy for carry, transport and have no effect on installation and outlook.
10). Strict test criterion: Consist of airflow test, nose test, libration test, drive concentric test, blade RPM test, whole machine efficiency test, dynamic balance test, the thickness of the galvanized sheet test, the size of the spare parts test, etc.
