The welding manipulator is used for flat welding, butt welding seam and internal and external longitudinal welding seam of cylindrical body and it can be fitted with roller stand for welding seam of internal and external circular welding seam.
Mechanical precision is higher, positioning is more correct. And it is designed and manufactured according to the customer's special requirement.
Features:
1. Beam retracting adopts PLC control system
2. The guide surface adopts precision grinding processing to ensure the sophistication and smooth running.
3. The welding manipulator includes fixed type, fixed with rotation type, moving with rotation type, and full position and lots of forms.
4. The beam of the HC welding operation machine is designed with a fine grinding rack to ensure flexible and smooth retraction.
5. The beam goes up and down at constant speed. It runs stably and safely.
6. The trolley can be operated manually or electrically. The manually operated trolley is suitable for a light operation machine that moves within a small area. The motor-driven trolley is used for a heavy operation machine or one which moves within a large area.
7. There is an operation table on the equipment so it is easy and convenient to adjust.
