Double Vertical Ring High Gradient Magnetic Separator Model DLS is a patented mineral processing machine for beneficiation of metallic and non-metallic minerals. This separator is independently designed and manufactured by Yueyang Dalishen Electromagnetic Machinery Co., Ltd.
Functions of magnetic separator (WHIMS):
1. Concentrate fine, feebly magnetic minerals, such as hematite, limonite, siderite, ilmenite, chromite, wolframite, tantalum niobium, tungsten, cassiterite, etc.
2. Purifying (iron and titanium removal) nonmetallic minerals such as quartz, feldspar, nephelite, fluorite, sillimanite, spodumene, kaolin, etc.
Features: High Intensity, high gradient, vertical rotation of rings, pulsating beneficiation, high frequency vibrator, no matrix block, high concentration rate, adjustable to different fineness, concentration and mineral grade.
