Our CT series permanent magnetic cylinder separator is mainly make from NdFeB-one kind of permanent magnetic material and ferrite composed of compound magnetic system. This magnetic separator featured with strong magnetic field force, high efficiency of iron wiping ratio, easy operation, reliable quality and safety guarantee. Further more, weight of this series machine is 30% lighter than ordinary ferrite magnetic separator and magnetic field on the cylinder surface is 150-600mT. Application of this machine is focus in picking of magnetic dopant in power materials like silica sand and purification of magnetic materials. In order to attain large scale purification or picking production, you can make several machines to work together by cascading or parallel connection. This series machine qualified by JB/T7895-1999 standard.

Working Principle of Magnetic Separator:

The pulp flows into cell body from the pulp box, and under the water flow of the feeding spray pipe, the mineral grain will go into the feeding area of the cell body in the loose condition. In the magnetic field, the magnetic ore particles will have magnetic gathering and form magnet group or magnet chain which is influenced by the magnetic force inside the pulp and moves to the magnetic pole and finally is absorbed onto the cylinder.
