Main features
1. Powerful engine with Cat 3306B technology powers the LW600K wheel loaders. The engine features compact structure, reasonable layout, unparalleled performance, electric startup and electric shutdown, Cummins QSB 8.3 engine is optionEquipped with ZF electro hydraulic transmission, featuring unparalleled performance, high reliability and easy gear shifting, KD function improves working efficiency by reducing gear-shifting frequency.
2. The overall structural strength is greatly improved via finite element analysis of stress, Stress concertraction is avoided and parts to be under heaby load been strengthed, so that the wheel loaders frame can adapt to demanding heavy-duty applications.
3. Full hydraulic wet type service brake has many of the advantages, such as quick and smooth actuation, safe, reliable, maintenance free.
4. Spring-Applied hydraulically released parking brake.
5. THe working device features single rocker arm, short pull rod, straight and flat boom, high breakout force and fast cycle times.
6. The electronic monitoring system keeps watch for running of the machine and alarms the operator with sound and light signals when emergency occurs.
7. With dual pump flow-converging technology being applied, the hydraulic system is energy saving and of high efficiency, Load-sensing steering and single-lever hydraulic pilot operated greatly reduced labor for operator.
8. The steering limit mechanism is controlled both hydraulically and mechanically. Hydraulic control gives priority to mechanical control, which reduces impact.
9. With the electromagnetic positioning technology being applied, the bucket can be kept in level automatically for reduced labor and greater working efficiency.
