1. How to get the white candle samples?
We will ship the samples to you by DHL, UPS, FEDEX, OR EMS after you confirmed what you need. Door to door service! You will get the package at your home.
2. Are samples available for test?
Yes, samples are available, you know samples speak louder than what we say!
No risk for you to take big order without knowing the clear idea of what our products are.

3. How to ship your order?
We usually ship small order by air. There are many international couriers for your option, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS and China EMS. If you already have account with DHL, UPS or other couriers, you can advise us in advance and then we can send the goods under your account.
We usually ship large orders by sea. In general, the ocean shipment will spend more days than by air. So the shipping way is subject to your demand in advance. And customs clearance paperwork and procedures will be handled by the forwarder. In case of any additional documentation, Eco-star will assist the forwarder with it as much as possible.
4. How to track your order during shipment? 
For small order shipped by international courier (UPS/DHL/FedEx/EMS), Eco-star will send you tracking No. after samples went out, you can check the order status on couriers website. For Large orders shipped by sea, you can check with your shipping agent.
5. How to pay Eco-star? 
For small order (less than US$ 1000) or sample order, please pay us via Western Union or paypal. Please send email us for details.
For large orders, we would like to recommend T/T; We usually collect 30% of total amount as deposit, and collect the balance before shipment. Please send us the copy of remittance slip once the payment is done, so we can check with our bank and confirm to you once the payment arrive Eco-star account.
6. What are the typical ingredients in a candle?

7. Are candlewicks made of lead? 
The majority of wicks manufactured today are made of 100 percent cotton - with no metal core. Those few wicks with metal are typically zinc-core wicks. All of these wicks are safe. Even though Consumer Product Safety Commission determined in 1974 that lead-core wicks do not present a health hazard, most reputable candle manufacturers have voluntarily agreed to stop using lead wicks. If a consumer is still worried, a consumer can determine if a candle has a lead-core wick by using this simple test: Rub a piece of paper on the tip of an unused metal wick. A lead-core wick will leave a gray pencil-like mark, while zinc or tin will not. It is important for consumers to know that wicks made with cotton, paper, zinc, or non-metallic materials are safe.
8. What kinds of waxes are typically used in candles? 
The most commonly used candle wax is paraffin. Beeswax, vegetable-based waxes, gels, and synthetic waxes are also frequently used in candles. Different blends of these waxes are popular with many manufacturers.
9. What is the best way to store candles? 
Candles should be stored in a cool, dark, dry place and, for tapers, in a flat position to prevent warping. When stored properly, candles can be enjoyed for years and play an important role in traditions.
