Machine structure:
- Machine body : Q235 Material; Machine body is welded by iron board, and annealing treatment, eliminate the internal stress and then do the precise integrated borehole in the boring machine.
- Main shaft : 40Cr Material; the main shaft is made HB250 hardening and tempering treatment to make sure eliminates the internal stress and increase the shaft strength. The bearing site surface has been made high frequency treatment to improve abrasive resistance.
- Bow material : spring steel belt.
- Guide device : ceramic eye hole + pulley wheel.
- Mail bearing : NSK from Japan.
