Stainless Steel Wire Cloth
Stainless steel wire cloth is weaved by automatic netting machine in the tidy condition. In accordance with the weaving method, stainless steel wire cloth is divided into plain square mesh, twilled square mesh, plain Dutch mesh, twilled Dutch mesh. It has the excellent resistance to acid, alkali and high temperature, good tensile strength and abrasion resistant.
Materials
Standard material is AISI304, AISI304L, AISI316, AISI316L. Other stainless steel are also available on request.
Width/Length
Standard roll width are 1020 mm(40")and 1220 mm(48"), other width up to 2200 mm(86")can be woven to special order. Standard roll length are 30.5 m(100 ft)and 15 m(50 ft).
Application
Stainless steel square weave mesh are used to sieving and filtration in the condition of acid and alkali. They are also used in petroleum, chemical industry, chemical fiber industry for filtration.
