It is a China gezhouba group Co., Ltd. (cggc) holding subsidiary company. Expl company possesses site mixing and charging explosive truck applied technology, emulsion substrate long-distance distribution technology, controlled blasting technology and government patented mixing and charging truck semi-finished products mobile ground preparation station core technology. It is a key state-supported unit which carries out integration operation of site producing, distribution and blasting by means of site mixing and charging explosive truck technology.

It is a high-tech enterprise authorized by chongqing science and technology commission. Expl company owns 5 civil explosives manufacturing enterprises, controls or holds shares of over 10 civilian explosives circulating enterprises, it set up site mixing and charging explosive truck production systems in more than 10 provinces (autonomous regions) and cities. Its business scope includes great mine exploitation, great water conservancy, nuclear power and national key infrastructure construction etc...Expl company can produce various industrial explosives, with authorized annual capability 175, 000 tons. It is also awarded class a contracting in blasting and demolition engineering, class a contracting in earth and rock engineering by the government.
