Product introduction
Our company produces poly vinyl acetate emulsion. the appearance is milky white smooth emulsion, it is vinyl acetate polymerization, non-toxic no corrosion, no pollution, no formaldehyde, benzene, toluene, xylene and other harmful substances, comply with SGS/RoHS test, it is a green water adhesive products. Has the characteristics of normal temperature curing, good film forming, strong adhesive strength, strong initial adhesion, impact resistance, aging resistance and so on.

Operation indication or notice
1, different material, the quality of the adhesive is not the same; The operation process is different, the effect of adhesive bonding is different. Therefore, choose the not bonding trial materials, before the bonding, should have a test , check test performance results , then can bulk paste use. 

2, the product is influenced by the temperature, humidity. The amount of glue, pressure time should make appropriate adjustments according to the climate, temperature, humidity changes

A, If temperature higher and the humidity lower, the amount of glue is increased, the pressure time and the curing time is shorter . 
B, If temperature lower and the humidity is higher, the amount of glue is reduced, the pressure time and the curing time is longer .

3, The surface of the material should be clean and smooth, After coating the glue, should pressure as soon as possible. The pressure time should be sufficient (usually 4 to 8 hours, the temperature is low the pressure time will be more longer.). The intensity should be enough, the stress should be balanced. Otherwise, it is easy to produce the phenomenon of splicing gap, false splicing, cracking and so on, which seriously affect the product bonding quality. 

4, If paste the paper, Should use a wet towel to wipe the overflow of excess adhesive (note that not to damage the surface of the paper). Pay attention to force equilibrium and coat appropriate amount of glue, to avoid penetration, abrade, cause painted white phenomenon. 

5, product viscosity (commonly called consistency) have no relation with the glue strength, but have relation with the operation. Usually mechanical work need high viscosity is better. Manual work use low viscosity, easy brushing. The viscosity adjustment shall be done by the glue supplier. Prohibition of adding water, avoid the bonding strength decrease. 

6, not by the company's agree, if yourself add such as titanium dioxide additives mix to use, will influence the adhesive bonding strength, may cause paste not firm and affect the quality of the products. 

7, used in construction decoration building materials, wall coating for the use of different varieties, and with the ratio of putty powder, talcum powder or cement and other different. 

8 for wallpaper paste, please use short nylon brush, coat on the back of the wallpaper, then flatten the wallpaper, and use wet towel to wipe clean the exceeded glue.
