Wood Industrial Cyclone Dust Separators are often employed as an Initial Stage Collector to lighten heavy dusts loads before being sent to a Primary Stage Fabric Collector. It often named after the cyclone weather phenomenon, are large funnel shaped sheet metal tubes connected to ducts often used in woodshops, machine shops, manufacturing plants, and powder processing plants. Dust and debris are sucked in at the top. Air containing fine dust blows out of the other side of the top, while chips and large dust particles fall out of the bottom into a drum or bin. Work principle
Dust collector is mainly composed of housing, the housing, hopper, into the wind all flow tube, support filter bag and injection device, discharging device composition. Dust gas from the dust in the wind all flow tube into the chamber body ash bucket, using the ash bucket flow guide device, large particles of dust was separated, direct fall into ash bucket, and a fine dust evenly into the middle box and adsorption in the filter bag appearance face, clean gas through filter bag into the box, the offline valve and exhaust duct into the atmosphere.
Along with filtration condition, the filter bag dust is more and more, when the equipment resistance to a limited amount of resistance value (general set for 1500 PA), soot cleaning control device according to differential pressure setting value or soot cleaning time setting value automatically shut off one room offline valve, set according to program open electronic pulse valve, stop the wind blowing, the use of compressed air instant injection make filter bag pressure increase together, will be on the filter bag dust to shake off (even if viscosity fine dust also can be thoroughly clear grey) to ash bucket, the ash discharge mechanism discharge.

Wood Industrial Cyclone Dust Separator Working principle
As the dirty air enters the cyclone dust collector, it is forced into a swirling movement. This results in a centrifugal force acting on the dust particles suspended in the air stream. The particles, denser than the air, are forced to move outwards, towards the cyclone dust collector wall. They then fall downwards, towards the dust exit. The clean air is eventually directed towards the centre of the cyclone and leaves through the gas exit.
Cyclone dust collector efficiency is a function of the physical parameters of the particles and the design parameters of the unit. Cyclone efficiency increases with:
1. Coarse particle size distribution
2. Higher products specific gravity
3. Lower gas density
4. Smaller outlet diameter. An increase in pressure drop also results.
