Full automatic wood pellet fired hot water boiler characteristics:
1, Energy saving and environmental protection: The boiler uses biomass fuel which is energy-saving and environmental supporting and promoting by government. Biomass fuel is renewable energy with widely sources and economic benefits. Its operating cost is 1/6 of electric boiler or 1/3 of oil-fired boiler. Our biomass gasification boiler is passed rational structural design of the boiler house so that maximum efficiency of biomass fuels gasification and complete combustion, with a special designing dust collector to get complete combustion and smoke-free effect.
2, Reasonable structure of boilers and special way of the burning of biomass gasification ensure that automatic hot water boiler is free of the deflagration and the coking phenomenon.
3, The control system: Equipped with micro-computer control system, with temperature settings, cycle control and fault alarm function, and simple operation.
4, High level of auto running: The feeding system adopts advanced rotated screw automatic feeding device, which only needs fill the storage silos once for 1-3 days without refueling; Ignition system adopts auto-ignition combustion system, which greatly reduced the labor intensity of operator, and made the boiler humanized.
5, Safety: Our biomass gasification boiler is a hot water boiler running at normal pressure, which is not necessary for annual inspection and professional operators.
6, Boiler insulation not only reduces the heat loss, but also increases the boiler thermal efficiency.
7, The overall structure of the boiler is compact with small size, without high chimney, easy installation, low failure rate and no noise.
8, After the complete combustion of fuel, there is only a small amount of powder ash residue which is easier to deal with.
Fuel requirements: Non coke wood, bamboo like pellet.
