Functions :
Building up the strength and flexibility of muscles in upper limbs, back and shoulder, and promoting the functions of the joints in shoulder, elbow, wrist and finger; good for healing ache, numbness and rigidness in shoulder, arm and upper back, functional hindrances.
Instruction: 
To grip the handles ordinarily, reversed or combined and pull up forcibly, then restore slowly, and repeat the same movement for 3-5minutes.

Leg Press Trainer:

Functions:
Stretching the extensors and ligaments in legs, and developing the flexibility and agility of joints; good for healing numbness and functional hindrances, i.e. bending and stretching inconvenience of three main joints of lower limbs, muscular atrophy, etc.
Instruction: 
To stand face to the equipment with one leg standing straight, the other leg extending straight and the ankle on the cross-bar, the upper part of the body bends forward and press downward.

Wabboard
Function: 
Developing the strength and flexibility of lumbar and abdominal muscles, and consuming the fat in waist and abdomen; good for figure shaping and bodybuilding.
Instruction:
To lie on one's back, and hook the cross-bar firmly with both of your feet, then have your hands crossed under your head for protection;  the by the contraction of abdominal muscles to raise your body, the abdominal muscles will still contract when you restore and slowly lie down, and repeat this movement.
