Application:
Suitable for fabricating elbow, tee, cross and Y shape (45° And 60° ) fittings of PE, PP, PVDF in workshop. Also used to lengthen the injection moulded fitting, make integrated fitting and weld straight pipe and fitting and so on.
Features:
1. Integrated structure, nothing remains but to choose the different special clamps while fabricating different fittings
2. Removable PTFE coated heating plate, electrical thermometer, display digital directly.
3. Milling plate movement adopts safety switch control to avoid unexpected start, with single face milling function, double sharpen blade can be shift using.
4. RGH315-450Heating mirror and planing plate adopt rotary structure, RGH630-1600 Heating plate and planing plate movement adopt structure
5. Low Starting pressure and high reliable seal structure
6. Separate two-channel timer shows time in soaking and cooling phases. When timing is over, it alarms and convenient for users
7. High-accurate and shockproof pressure meter indicates clearer reading.
