Product Description
LP-50, LP-80, LP-81 is a new ultra high molecular weight acrylic processing aid for rigid PVC and high quality foam applications. Its gives the following performance properties-Low torque, faster fusion, high melt strength and expansion.
1) LP-50, LP-80, LP-81 improves the processing window and enhances impact strength through faster fusion control for rigid PVC applications. Melt elasticity, melt strength and sizing can be improved through the use of LP-50, LP-80, LP-81.
2) Its high foaming efficiency enables converters to meet the most demanding requirements in foam core pipes and foam profile formulations using lower addition levels.
Our Leading products are Acrylic Impact modifier, Acrylic Processing Aids, Impact Modifier MBS resin, medium and ultra-high MW Acrylic Processing Aids, CPE and Lubricants. These products are widely used in rigid products such as PVC window & door profiles, pipes, pipe fittings, sheets, foam pipes, foam sheets, wood-plastic composites films, etc. Our products can replace LG, ROHM HASS, ARKEMA, KANEKA.
