Product Description
The WQ series of submersible sewage pump was developed on the basis of digesting foreign advanced technology, concerning the same type of products. It has the features of high-efficiency, non-clogging, winding resistance and auto-coupling. It is reliable enough and convenient to install. What's more, it is automatic control, so there is no need to be attended by people.
The structure is very compact with its small size and high efficiency. We can design the auto water level control according to buyers' requirements. It has a unique effect on discharging solid particles and long-fibre waste.
The kind of this pump is mainly used in industry, municipal construction, water conservancy, tap water, hospital, building, hotel, agricultural methane, agricultural irrigation, restaurant and some sewage treatment plants to discharge rain and urban sewage, including solid particles, long-fibre waste, sludge and some corrosive mediums.
The appilication conditions as follow:
1. Maximal temperature: 40 ° ;
2. PH: 4-10;
3. Medium density: ≤ 1050kg/m³ .
The diameter of the pump can be 50-600mm, the flow capacity can be 6-6000m³ /h, the head can be 5-80m, and the motor power can be 1.5-560kw. For example: 80WQ50-60-15:
80: Diameter;

15: Motor power.
The pump must be checked before operating pump to make some electrical equipment protection measures as follow:
1. Power voltage deviation can not exceed ± 10% of the rated voltage which is showed on the nameplate.
2. Check the motor rotation. Before operating the pump, start the pump on the ground, check the rotation is the same with the rotation marked on the pump body. If not, change two of them.
3. The pump should be controlled by a special panel. As pump with many protection device, like leakage monitor, temperature sensor, and so on. These device can protect pump from damage and prolong the pump life.
