With the increasing demand on advanced pertomance and more compactness of agricultural machinery and industrial drive, specially for combined harvester, transplanter, etc. Serious reverse flexure of belts, large caloric power and increasing impact of outburst load which conventional belts obviously can not satisfy corresponding quality requirements. Technical innovation is made on our wrapped Variable Speed belts, developed for large agricultural machinery, feature simple structure, easy production, smooth transmission, resistant to shock loads and vibration, high abrasion, oil and heat resistance provides longer service life, wide applicability and convenient maintenance.
We manufacture these wrapped variable speed belts in accordance with standard ISO 3410-1989 and Chinese standard GB/T 15327-2007, GB/T14829-2007, GB/T 10821-2008 refer to BS 3733, RMA IP 25.
Heca offers both Half-wide width vs belt (use for agricultural machinery) and wide width vs belt (only use for industrial variable speed application).
Construction:
Rubber impregnated cross woven cotton-polyester fabric.
Low Stretch high modulous adhesive activated polyester cable cord.
Compression rubber.
