H Series Cylinder Assembly The multi force cylinder
Our manual spot welding gun uses sectional multi-force cylinder, its structure is more compact and with higher output force.
Our standardized cylinder diameter is
¢80 mm, the cylinder's sections number and diameter will change based on actual needs.
For
¢80 mm cylider, it max section is 6 and it can output up to 1.5 ton force. Our valve use numatic or other certified brand,
connector and muffle use LEGRIS(French brand),seals use PARKER and SEALTECH, those have reliable quality and long service life.
It can simply change the number of sections to achieve the cylinder force as you need and customize cylinder for special gun.

to disassembly, easy to maintain, and
stable.
H,L Series Handle Assembly1, The handles are cased by high-strength aluminum alloy, with high strength.

In automobile's body manufacture industry, we have successfully designed and developed AC and MFDC manual gun and robotic gun. With those equipments, splash and power consumption are largely decreased.
For auto-parts industry. Heron has been developing high-power capacitor discharge welding machines up to 80kJ and equipped with real-time SPC QC system. For high current inverter resistance welding machines is up to 120KA.
For compressor of refrigerator, we have invented patent of welding copper pipe to the steel shell. Our welders have served 90% manufacturers in China's compressor market. Heron has been kept designing and developing full automatic welders in compressor industry.
In household appliance industry, for microwave ovens' manufacturer, Heron has provided clinch machines and capacity discharge welding machines. For water heater industry, we have customized welder for the nipple fitting, and the seam welder for the barrel.
Our clinch line equipment is widely used in air conditioner, washing machine's welding process.

Since 2004, Our Company has shaped and the management structure is now more practical.
And starting for 2004, we undertake many nationwide projects in Guangzhou city on science and technology reformation. We have received third prize in "Guangzhou science and technology progress award".
We also established close cooperation relations with the US BTM riveting, and gradually we achieved horizontal development.
In 2005, the expanded new buildings and the constructing area was approximately 9000 square meters.
We have also successful manufactured inverter resistance welding machine prototype in 2005.
In 2006, we began our cooperation with Schneider Electric for inverter welding equipment. Since then our technology and the products had a big leapfrog development.
At the same year, our high current inverter welding machine has gained identification from Guangzhou Technology. This inverter technology has break through the traditional process ,and begun to enter the low voltage electric industry, automobile manufacturing, and compressor manufacturing industry.
